Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and internationally.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping generally takes 5-8 business days. Most often, packages will show up before that time.

How do I track my order?

Please track your order through the tracking information provided at the email entered at checkout.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

I'm so sorry, we do not accept returns. Please be sure to inspect your package upon arrival and reach out if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item shows up damaged?

In the unlikely event your item shows up damaged, please reach out with pictures of the damaged item and we would be happy to send a replacement free of charge.

General

My item shows delivered but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

For whatever reason, packages often show "delivered" prior to actually being received by the buyer. Most often, packages show up within 2-3 days of receiving the delivery notification. If your package still hasn't arrived within 72 hours, please reach out for further instruction. In the meantime, please be patient. Usually the item shows up without any intervention.

I placed two separate orders and want to combine them so I am not paying for shipping twice. Is this possible?

Please reach out right away regarding combining orders. If both orders have not shipped out yet, we should be able to refund one shipping fee and combine the orders.

I love all of your products but have ideas for new items or designs that are not currently in your shop. Do you take custom orders?

We are happy to look into custom orders for you! Please reach out with your ideas and we will see if we can make it happen!

I never received my order. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't make it to you, please reach out! We want you to receive your package and enjoy them like we know you will!
